HOW OUR CONFIGURATOR WORKS
1. Upload model
2. Choose technology
3. Choose material & filling
4. Add to cart
5. Order
Your desired color or material is not available? No problem! We are constantly expanding our product range and also fulfill special requests. Simply send us a non-binding inquiry via the configurator – we are guaranteed to find the right solution for your project.
And after that? Sit back and relax! After your order, everything is fully automated for you. We print your model with high precision on our machines and send it to you directly after completion.

Wall thickness
45-degree rule
Support Service
Radii instead of sharp edges
Gaps & Tolerances
OUR MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS AT A GLANCE
Standard setup in the configurator:
We print your model by default with a 0.4 mm nozzle and a fine layer height of 0.16 mm. Flexible TPU is processed as standard in the robust Shore hardness 95A.
Maximum flexibility on request:
Do you need extremely fine details or maximum print speed? We offer nozzles from 0.2 to 0.8 mm and layer heights from 0.08 to 0.24 mm, as well as alternative TPU hardnesses. Just contact us!
RELY ON EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS AND MODERN TECHNOLOGIES
Are you looking for an expert to take over the production of your 3D-printed components and prototypes and provide you with advisory support? Then our FDM printing service is your strong partner. We specialize in state-of-the-art additive manufacturing and successfully realize your intentions and projects. Our printing services have become established with numerous customers and are valued for both their ease of use and their extreme cost-efficiency.
Precise and of excellent quality
For manufacturing, we rely on the proven FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. Using this fused filament fabrication process, we precisely apply thermoplastic plastics layer by layer. The combination of perfectly calibrated high-end printers and optimized materials ensures the creation of highly precise and robust 3D models.
High standards for your project
Even though our 3D printing is cost-effective, we do not compromise on quality: our modern CNC-controlled systems precisely reproduce even the most complex geometries. This allows us to effortlessly create delicate details as well as particularly robust, functional components.
Maximum versatility
The FDM process offers unbeatable advantages for your prototypes, functional parts, and small series. The biggest plus is the enormous range of available materials, which we perfectly tailor to your requirements.
MAXIMUM VERSATILITY: AN OVERVIEW OF OUR MATERIALS
PLA
The ideal material for fast, extremely accurate prototypes, concept models, and visual parts with excellent surface quality.
PETG
The perfect all-rounder for functional prototypes. It combines the easy printability of PLA with high impact resistance and good temperature resistance.
Anti-lock Braking System
A proven industrial plastic with high mechanical strength, scratch resistance, and heat resistance – ideal for technical components.
ASA
The UV and weather-resistant alternative to ABS. Perfectly suited for durable end products in outdoor applications and automotive uses.
Nylon (PA6 & PA12)
High-performance plastics for extremely wear-resistant, low-friction, and tough components that must withstand continuous mechanical stress.
TPU
Flexible, elastic, and chemically resistant – the first choice for seals, dampers, grips, and flexible components.
Fiber Reinforced Materials (CF & GF)
For maximum stiffness, extreme lightness, and top mechanical performance, we offer PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and Nylon (PA6 & PA12) also as high-end variants with carbon fibers (CF) or glass fibers (GF).
PAHT-CF
This high-tech segment is complemented by PAHT-CF, a high-temperature resistant, carbon fiber-reinforced nylon for the most demanding engineering projects requiring extreme thermal and mechanical resilience.
